Jack has filled the windows with rainbows and wanted to start to fill the garden too.
He remembered he had a t-shirt from his rainbow run so he had a go at sewing. He has made a bag to store the peg and he's going to use it as a shaker next week to make lots of noise for the thank you keyworker clap.

As it is Captain Tom Moore's 100th Birthday today (30/04/2020), Reece decided to research information about Tom Moore. A fantastic piece of work Reece- well done!


Despite the wind and rain, Dougie joined his Mum in cycling 10km to celebrate Colonel Tom's Birthday. Well done for rising to the challenge Dougie!
Jenny also made Dougie a medal for when he completed his challenge.

Merrin has been working extra hard this week in Maths and has been extremely determined to complete 1000 questions on Sumdog for the Isle of Wight Challenge.

Jaidan and Esmae made some extra noise for the Thursday Night clap for NHS.
They are also the youngest players in the Wight Diamonds Marching Band and used their cymbals during the clap.

Liam and Daniel have been busy learning how to cook. This week they helped make spaghetti carbonara and lemon cake for their family to enjoy. They had to weigh and measure all the ingredients and cut the vegetables.

Freddie has been doing an experiment with an egg and vinegar to see what would happen when the egg was left In the vinegar for a few days.
He has written up what he saw happen each day.

To mark the anniversary of VE Day, the boys planned a street party. They made an invite, delivered it and had 100% turnout in their street. All the residents turned out for a shared 2 minute silence and then all joined a shared tea party at 3pm which didn't finish until 7!!
Well done boys!
