Hunnyhill Primary School (“the School”) invites Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers (“Potential Suppliers”) for the provision of cleaning services.

This procurement process is being managed by the School.

 The contract is for the regular internal cleaning of buildings at the School site from 22 April 2019 to 31 March 2022 with the option to extend the agreement for up to a further two years at the discretion of the School.

 The closing date for receipt of Tenders is midday on: 26 February 2019.

 Potential Suppliers proposing to submit a Tender are advised to read all documents contained within the Tender Pack carefully to ensure that they are fully familiar with the nature and extent of the obligations to be accepted by them if their Tender is accepted by the School.
